So I did my catch can mod, road about 50 miles, drain it and got some clear liquid with a slight white tint, not much but a decent amount.

Just ran through a full tank of gas, unscrewed the can while still hot, nothing. Stood bike up straight. Nothing.

Weird, no?

Take the cover off of the catch can. More than likely its all plugged up with goo. Pull mine off the other week, shat just dropped all out on the garage floor.

Cover?

That would make sense but this is literally the second time I have cleared it, its been on for less then 200 miles.

Shouldn't clog that fast.

They don't clog up that fast. There isn't THAT much crap coming out that you need to dump it every 5 minutes. Hell I forget about mine most of the time and I empty it whenever it starts to spill out the top, which is like once a month / 4000 miles.

A billet one will overflow? Out of what opening?

I just found it odd that the first 50 miles had some liquid however the next 130 miles had nothing.

Yea, but the filter can only hold so much! : D

I would post a picture of my primary cover covered in puke, but I can't find them on my site at the moment.

When the engine is running at a normal temperature there really isn't going to be much gunk generated. The gunk gathers as a hot engine cools (condensate) and gets blown out at time of start up. If an engine runs long enough to get up to operating temperature (almost) all the condensate is evaporated
