08 12R with 14200 mi. on the clock.

My clutch is slipping in the upper gears at high throttle openings. Its more noticable after an upshift.

Is it an adjustment issue? How do I properly adjust the clutch if so, I just had a clutch cable strip out out the primary cover, and am in no hurry to replace another.
