I have 2 XB12 firebolts so I should be able to find out the answer myself but my back has been killing me . ( im riding NOTHING at the moment ) Shouldnt the fan blow towards the engine ? my 2006 firebolt blows away from it ? The 2007 has the HUGE 19 row oil cooler so fan rarely comes on. You have to actually race the bike to get up to fan temp |

The fan blows away from the cylinder heads in order to actually pull the heat away and blow it out toward the rear of the bike. Yours is blowing in the correct direction. |

Fans suck hot air away from the engine. |

When you fart near a fan, do you stand in front of it or behind it? One of these ways will get fart particles all over you. |
