I jetted the nitrous at the solenoid instead of at the fogger. WHich is a modified fire extinguisher nozzle. SPrays directly down onto air temp sensor. Works great. Took it to the 1/8mile track last friday night. TImers were not working. But i was going across the finish line on the rev limiter 7100rpm in 4th gear. Without the nitrous i am half way through 4th on a good run. |

"So throw it on a dyno and let us know the numbers...!" And soon, before she blows up! |

Is there any timing retard control??? Most of the time when a nitrous motor goes it is from too much timing (assuming it is not too lean)...it will break pistons and kick out rods. Hope this setup is equipped with retard control...and I hope it don't go lean. In any case best of luck. BTW...I buy my nitrous in the convenient 125# size. |

I have the timing pulled back with Ecmspy, way back. i have added an RPM switch set to cut off the nitrous at 6800rpm, i also get my nitrous in the big mother bottles. local gas company brings it to me. Is $130 per bottle. My volvo 850 turbo is on the bottle also. Used more as a liquid intercooler on that. Dry shot directly into the inlet of the turbo. RUns 8.30's in the 1/8mile. |

Cool...timing control and a window switch...carry on. We started buying in bulk a long time ago...got tired of the "nitrous guy" at the track charging 6 bux a pound... |

WHat sucks is the local shop i used to get my nitrous from charges me about 5 a lb. I have been hanging out/working at this shop for about 12 years now and i am the one that got him the deal on the nitrous refill station for 200 bucks about 5 years ago. Hell with a pump dont need it |

We use 3 pound cylinders on the bikes...to fill them we use a scale, a bucket, some ice, and a hose...no pump required. |
