These Rider Comfort Kits are for the Ulysses. They appear to be a heat shield for the rear header to keep the heat off the riders leg. Does anyone know if it would be compatible with the XB12scg? |

Yes, as well as the new outer and inner scoop, not the underseat part. --Sean |

But for the underseat part, are we talking something like Odie's heat shields (Special O.P.S?) |

You could use Odie's heat shields. The Uly underseat part is a piece of molded plastic just for the Uly. |

The scg has the shorter wheel base like the Lightning and Firebolt. The SS, TT, Uly's are two inches longer with a larger fuel tank. I think I would check closer for a fit before purchasing one. I doubt that it will fit. |

so maybe OP could get new scoops, then get an scg heat shield from odie, and accomplish the same result. Is there anything else in the kit that would need to be picked up separately? |

It on the Buell website it looks to be a heat shield on the rear header with the large scoop. http://www.buell.com/en_us/gear/accessories/produc t.asp?Menu_ID=2&ProductLineID=6&CategoryID=3&Produ ctID=10029 |
