Can you share a few more details? Where did this frame come from? If you bought it used off a parted out bike, the title should come with the frame.

As far as I know, when frames are replaced by dealers, the dealer cuts the steering neck off the damaged frame and sends it to Buell, and then Buell stamps the same VIN on the new frame. No changes to the title are needed.

Not on fuel frame bikes, unless it varies by dealer?

A couple years back I was looking at the progress of my bike being raised from the dead..

In the next stall was a frame damaged XB that had fell over.

I asked the manager what happens to the old frames, he said they send them some out after they get the new ones...

Some out where? Trash, the Recycle bin, Buell heaven, the Cuber

Side question if anyone knows?

Can I go to a dealer and order a new frame for a custom build?

I'm slowly acquiring parts for a Long frame..

I've yet to come across a clean titled long frame yet...
