My DDFI-3 version is allmost done, same as Ralf's for WinMobile equipped mobile phones, but none won't be released to the public in respect to what happened with the previous versions. We'll nevertheless continue to support racers and racing teams we know personally. copied directly from a post of gunters. they are still doing stuff if your in there circle. mike |

Could anyone help a non-circler find a copy of the current ECMSpy setup file? I'm trying to avoid going through P2P software. |

there is more than one circle. more than one tuning company/program. there is actually 4 different buell tuning programs for stock ecms. and one race tuner for the race ecm from buell. and one more possible program once its done. there is 5 circles there already. pick you circle. they all work fine. one was just free so it got all the glory for a while but its gone to only there friends. it will still be shared slowly. |

DDFI-3 started in 2008. This program is for the newer ('08+) Buells. |

Guess as a nebbie I don't understand what happened and how freeware gets abused? It's awesome that someone with talents was willing to share to make the buell experince better for all of us. I bought a cable off eBay and the guy included a cd of the program with a couple different tunes. I haven't used it yet as I haven't had the time to sit down and read the library of info here. I'm sure I'll still screw it up, LOL |

direct link is doing the newer bike with a crap load of new data. even a live wire tuning way. so no more tuning by reading and adjusting manually. it builds it for you. this version is almost ready to be released. it will do newer bikes. its not free but uses the same cable as ecmspy. you can buy loose keys for it from AL at American Sport Bike.COM with spy if you had it and the new direct link tuning is going to be even easier. all you need is the ecm setup to run without correction on the afv. there is a few ways to do that. any way unless ecmspy steps back up there software will be out dated. as the newer tuning stuff all has a auto tune feature to set the fuel and afr to each cylinder. it was just then best for a long time but all best always falls second down the list after a while. directlink keys avg 199.00. again see AL at Americansportbike.com for your key. it will and is doing the 2008 and newer bikes. so for 250.00 total cable and all. you can get going with it. then add a wideband setup for each cylinder and you get auto tune functions for a perfect map. mike (Message edited by on August 18, 2009) |
