cant remember how to do it - even though i had replaced my indicators a few years back myself - thought it was through the rear light but not - any clues would be of help cheers AKS |

lol i looked at it and for the life of me cant remember how to get to the rear indicators having a bad-brain-day today |

Profile says you have an R. If you wish to replace the whole indicator - you'll need to remove your tail section plastic. Take off your seat. You will find 3 torq screws on top of the tail, and 2 on the bottom side holding it in place. Remove those screws and, standing from behind the bike, grab it from the under-sides and spread it open and back. Be mindful of the rear seat latch cable that will be attached to the plastic. No need to remove it. Just put a towel or rag on the floor by the left side of your bike so you can stand the tail on end as you work... |

Also, pay attention when putting the tail section back - it's a bit of a trick to spread it and push down just right so that the lips over the bottom splash/undercarriage plastic. |

cheers midnkyte odd thing why i couldn't remember as i had done this before with the current indicators - oh well |
