I don't see why not. I use a O-ring between my throttle grip and bar end for cruise control, never tried it on one wheel.

Well i need it to snap back to a higher idle after reving it up to get the wheel off the ground so i dont think an O ring will work

The idle is computer controlled on the 08's, you would have to ECM hack it.

Couldn't you just rig it with a new constant idle? 'Course, you'd have to change the settings between stunting and actually riding.
