I was wondering about moving my license plate to down on the swing arm by the back brake. I have seen a couple people do it. I am just looking to see how to do it. If anybody has any pointers or suggestions that would be great. Also pictures would be helpful.

A couple of us bolted it sideways on top of the swingarm underneath the brakeline holder bolt and with some double sided tape. Asked a cop about it once and he said the position was fine. It was light out so they might say something about a license plate light at night. My buddy put a couple LED's above his.

Some states (Fl i think) require plate to be mounted horizontally.

If you relocate the plate too far under the guard it can hit the tyre. Two up or a big ditch both help.
