I clutched that one. Was doing about 40mph, backed off a bit, squeezed the clutch, kicked down to second, revved and dumped. I was at like 4000ft, the thin air required more effort and it was harder to keep up, hence the little bit of seesawing. At sea level where I live the same wheelie would of been like 5th gear just twisting the throttle and then hoping it dosen't loop : )

I can do the same on my SS, which happens to lack the La-z-boy suspension and top case full of lead : )

^^^chop too much...meaning just before i wheelie it? I think I know what your saying.

I'm getting it tuned by Mike soon so hopefully I wont have to worry about that lol.

I was "chopping" so it wouldn't bog out...any tips?

Tuning ain't gonna help if you don't know what you are doing.

I am glad that you were practicing in a parking lot. You will get a feel for it over time.

Here is a tip if you really want to stunt. Go outside right now and kick your bike over hard then put your gear on and go for it

I don't want to stunt, just have a little fun on takeoff. Is that too much to ask for.

If I ever do want to get into stunting it won't be on my Rio(that's what I named her).

I have an old GS500 laying around that would be perfect with a little gear modding...

To stunt a GS500 you will need a sprocket bigger than the rear tire, even then it will be a bitch. It would be easier to hoist the front from a fork lift.

Haha ^^^

I know it will need to be bigger, but I have the smaller front sprocket also, and the rear can be bought for around 80.

Glad to see you kept the rubber side down...with no gear on you could have ended up a banana split.

Oh my god, can't believe I said that...but somebody had to...right...right?

Andy...Do you put those in your tank to stay "up" longer and harder?

I'm always hesitant to wheelie the bolt. I'd be pissed if I dropped her...

When I posted that pic, I had just watched this episode of Two and a Half Men, and I couldn't resist!
