Just my small input here..... There are several of those here in my area and if you can see the cut marks where the loop is in the road just drop your kick stand right on the crack. Works every time for me. |

There are a number of lights that Pi$$ me off around my local town. last year the state of South Carolina enacted a law stating that if a motorcyclist is at a light longer than two minutes it is legal for them to run the red light when safe to do so. used that law a few times already. |

Wow, I need to check the law in NC. 2 mins. is a long time to sit and stare at a red light. |

Hell at most intersections in my area, if I wait more than 30 seconds I'm running it. Then again most intersections only take 10 or 15 seconds to flip if your lonely in a cage. |

Pull ahead as far as possible and motion to the driver behind you to pull forward. Usually, if they have any sense what so ever, they'll know what you're trying to do. By yourself late/early with no other traffic on the road and it won't change= run the light. |

You haven't been to New York, they assume you want them to run you over. My 06 SS with a Micron pipe triggers the lights 90% of the time no problem, and the rest I just do a stoppie to trigger them. It might not actually help, but it seems to work, and I get to show off |

+1 to Froggy. I tried to motion a cager up once and they just stared at me. It would be interesting to know what they thought was happening. |

Most of the protected left arrows around here have those sensors. What I try to do is put both wheels on those metal sensors and stop before it ends. Note: I usually do this on the right side of the lane as cars in cross traffic turning onto the street often come way to close either by cutting a left short coming from the right or going wide coming from the left. If a car pulls behind me I pull up as much as is safe. To put the car behind me on the sensor. ...And yes there have been a few times I just turn on red when it is safe to do so. |

Most of the traffic lights around Atlanta seem to be very good. Was actually surprised, considering how our roads are. |
