Sure its been on here before but the search feature really blows... Just got the ecmspy cable in and fooled around a little. software looks really cool. reset the tps and afv. Anyone have a good map for a xb12r with K&N filter and Jardine can? Just something until I can get on the dyno at my bud's at MMI. Thanks |

I started at fueling maps published in ECM Spy Tuning Guide: author's Micron equipped XB12. Made progress (and regress) with my own tweaks. Recently, everything seemed to go hay-wire. Turns out intake's leaking and the mighty Buell kept trying to heal itself via AFV corrections. These are good motorcycles. |

so should I use the race ecm maps that came with the tuning guide? I'm surprised no one else is commenting on this stuff. |

Not to sound like an ass but it's because nobody is going to give up a map. A good map cost money, special to it's bike and setup. You just throw any ol map on an ECM, it will run, but not at it's max. Hit up Al or xopti for some info. |

I don't have alot of money either tho...was hoping to just get some help. Like I said when I get the chance I'm going down to my friend's at MMI to dynotune it with all his buell friends down there. Figured I might get a base map to tide me over till then. |
