Duplicolor makes a yellow that is pretty close to the color of the amber on the wheels and decal...School Bus Yellow DA1663 ...I just used it on my heel gaurds. That way if i dont like it i can always samd them back down to bare metal. Ill post Pics | ||

Ya its not possible to keep paint on the heel guards. I just tracked down some amber ones from buell, I would reccomend that. | ||

Buell stopped making the amber ones. Heelguards aren't the only thing to paint either. (Message edited by Augustus74 on May 29, 2009) | ||

 Now that its dry...it is a little brighter than i thought. Im going to see if a tinted clear will help. | ||

Well...the name fits. Yeah, a tinted clear will darken it a bit. Probably be a closer match then. | ||

well thats a whole nother story...sounds good, but i wish it was louder. Had it no more than 5 months of riding and the rivets came loose. figured it was cuse i put that wrap on the extended piece. But i know Artic9r does not have his wrapped and his did the same thing. Jardine is rebuilding his though for free. | ||
