I need to get a cost effective set of replacement levers for the race bike. I don't see the need to spend $63.75 for a Buell set..... the bike "may" visit the ground again at a high rate of speed.. I should be able to get something for about 1/3 of that... Has anybody bought a "off brand" set of levers? What else will fit?? |

As far as I know the Buell levers are the cheapest ones you can get, the CRGs and others are more expensive. You could raid the classifieds here and pick up a few used sets. |

Lonexb you're right but I forget the years as well. I'm using carbon fiber R6 levers on mine. I think I had to grind the brake lever a tiny bit on the presser to fit it perfectly. |

I'll sell you a used set of silver levers for $35 shipped if you want. |

I know it was my race bike... but I would have a hard time putting silver levers on it.. Thanks for the offers Iron Pony is across town and they have a HUGE selection of levers for the big 4. Ranging in price from 9.99 and up. I was hoping to find a cross reference so I could get a cost effective set of black plastic ones. |
