I've noticed when I downshift in 3rd or second gear and brake, the front end of the bike really violently vibrates about 50% of the time. Anyone have a similar experience or know what this is caused by? I was thinking maybe old brake pads/damaged rotor/ some engine mount not properly tightened? any ideas? |

might be the dirty rotor thing. search teh recent threads,it was just covered in detail over the last 5 days? maybe a week.carefully use brake cleaner on a clean rag and wipe the rotor clean as i recall. |

Check the condition of the front isolator. If the rubber in it's starting to go it could cause these symptoms. |

I have had great results by spraying a clean white rag with copious quantities of "brakeclean" and wiping the rotor on both sides until I get no more crap off of it. |
