I spotted this over in the Guest Book area... member Truckinduc's bike. Check out the frame puck.....thing! Ever seen anything like it before? ~SM |

That seems like overkill to me, but hey... |

If they could make the 1125 pods that small... |

Swordsman--what are those Pegasus logos on your tank? Are they raised emblems or flat decals? |

Man, are those things made out of old Chevrolet big-block pistons? Yikes! |

good idea.bigger, and spreads the impact load over a larger area. not sure on the piston look, but a good idea that can use a bit of refinement. P |

I was just curious... it's an interesting look. I'm all for "original". They look too good to be home made. I guess I could actually PM him and find out. Zatco, my Pegasus emblems are flat, not rasied. Got them made by fastdecals.com, matte black center with metallic silver outlines. ~SM |

i would think those things would get ripped right off in any forward motion bike on its side kind of mishap. |

+1 they look like they would snag and cause more frame damage then the plastic ones as well as possibly flip the bike in a crash causing further damage. Oh and they're ugly |

it does give clearance for the fairing bracket, those tend to snap like twigs |

Kinda makes me want to go buy some super glue and just start sticking things to my bike.........NOT!! Hammered dogshit is how I would describe those ugly things.Pull them off and sling them down the road. |
