I live in Tokyo and the dealer that I bought my XB12SS has gone out of business. I guess they just couldn`t sell enough Buells to stay in business. I`m planning to return to the U.S. in the near future and need to sell my bike. However, before doing so I need to put it back to its original state. I need a black cheese-grater, rear fender and under carriage. Can someone tell me where I can buy them or can someone order them and send them to me. I`d be willing to make it worth your while. |

I would look in the sponsers section and ask one of the dealers there. I don't see why they wouldn't order your stuff and charge for the shipping. What after market parts do you have? |

Check out Buell.com, change the country to Japan. There's other dealers and online retail it looks like. Pretty cool web page actually, except where it says Buell Mortorcycles on the top of each page. |

I think that sounds like a better idea than mine. |

I`ve got a guy looking into it in the states, it`s just taking a little longer than I had hoped. I need to sell it asap. The problem with ordering things over here is time and money. I tried to order a repair manual, it would have taken more than two months to get it and then they wanted $100. I ended up ordering one from the US and got it a lot cheaper. They charge too much for imported goods. For example I went down to my local Ducati shop to test ride the new StreetFighter (not going to buy one), they didn`t have it in stock yet, but I asked about the price. They want almost $25,000 for the S model. My jaw hit the floor, but they can get away with it because Japanese people usually have more disposable income. I have a Drummer, Keller turn signals, Crossroads handlebars, chopped cheese-grater and Rizoma foot pegs. If anybody is interested in any of the above, let me know. I should get rid of them before moving. The shipping on the Drummer is pretty high though. |
