Well I don't know if it's one particular thing or the combination of the 2 but today I rode my bike for the first time of the summer after getting a new ECM (warranty) and the best part my new Drummer My bike since I had it never wheelied on hard accelerations in first gear, I had to do the suspension preload trick at minimum 4k rpm for it to come up in first and now hard accelerations will get the front up easy, not to the balance point but just nice and fun small ones. The sound well it finally sound like it should but I have to say that it's a bit louder then what I was expecting and it's fine I love it. The bike run nice so far so the new ECM seem to be working fine. There is some decel popping but I'm fine with it, it kind of making it sound meaner lol. I didn't have the time to run it at constant 3k rpm to let the ECM adjust so I guess the popping is a bit because of that. Next is the Tuono mirror that I will get or order this week. I'm also thinking of doing the 9 primary kit. (Message edited by js_buell on May 11, 2009) |

I noticed more power with the Drummer to. Mine had decel popping before, I just didn't hear it as much. I got an adjustable baffle for my Drummer but I haven't felt like putting it in yet. I will before my next long trip. |
