I just slow down so they can pass and when they try to pass I speed back up when they get next to me and wave bye bye... |

This is the idiot I met today. Parked in front of my house for 2 days with surveilance equipment. He had a camera running and tried to get me to mess up in front of it with out this being on his film. I showed the cop my pics and gave them hard copies. I told them I wanted this clown out of my neighborhood. I had to keep my neighbor from dragging him out of the car. I explained to him later about what the guy was trying to do. My neighbors are pretty tight and they all want some.

I don't think he is watching me. He is on my radar now. I repositioned one of my security cams so that I'll see if he returns. I have a case # and phn # to call if he does. I'm not the only citizen to file a complaint on him in the last couple of days. If he had just told me he was working and showed me his ID instead of acting like a horses patooty, I would have moved on. Instead he moved into a position that made me believe he is a threat to my neighborhood. I let the police officer know that if he returns I will personally pass out flyers with his pictures to every household within camera range of his car and explain the circumstances.

WTF? So, does he leave when the police show up? Does he have an explanation of why he is there? Is it breaking the law if you politely let the air out of his tires, so he can't leave when the officer shows up? You're not damaging anything.

Call the cops. Have them meet you, and have them identify the guy-and if he's not official they can run him off.
