Fortunately, I have built a great relationship with Lance at St Paul HD and Wild Prarie HD- local to me here in the Mpls area. I have dealt with Tripp at Precision and Chris at Liberty, both are worthy of replacing Dave. Customer service is outstanding, I couldn't ask for anymore. The badweb discount is nice too!
