My bike whines when releasing the clutch from a dead stop and slips under full throttle in 2nd gear. I guess its time for a replacement. Any recommendations on the best clutch for the money? I am running a XB12s with stage 2 kit. | ||

sorry for the thread jack, whats a stage two consist of? have you recently messed with the clutch adjustment screw? it may be that it needs to be readjusted.... barnett has a clutch plate kit for $139.99, much larger kevlar contact patches than the stock package | ||

Thanks.. I bought the bike used but supposed to be filter, ecm, exhaust and possibly some head work but dont know how to verify that without tearing the bike apart. Did you change the spring plate? Did you do the normal or extra plate kit? |
