Spray wd-40 in and the grip with slide off easy! Traction grips are 16 bucks and make a big difference. My pinky doesnt go numb anymore...   Dongalonga Posted on Thursday, April 09, 2009 - 10:31 am:        Yeah I have always run the traction grips and thats what was on the bike. Luckily the grip came off easily, so Im all set. The way I put grip glue on you would never be able to get it off. Luckily I wasnt the one who originally put them on.
