My idle has been playing games on me lately.. last week I was warming up the bike before a ride and it died on me (I didnt know it died untill I sat on it due to music/headphones).. I tried to adjust it but couldnt because its in such a crappy place, so I continued on to the ride blipping the throttle when I needed untill it solved itself out.. the next few times durring the week at lights ans such, I notice it idles fine but jumps to 1.5k then falls to/under 1k.. i've heard of this senario from others not giving a second thought, but now its happening to me, whats the deal? oh, and has anyone moved the idle to a more accessible place? Check that your TPS is set correctly, and yes Treadmarks moved the screw and drilled a hole in the left side scoop so its more accessible, I will dig that up for you. | ||

I think im gonna see if I can move the idle-adjust downward maybe below the air scoop.... treadmarks works but not for me I'll see to the TPS reset tomorrow, among other things that I have to do/check with the bike thanks froggy |
