I was searching around and I found an archived thread but no pics or any com[pleted reports.I just passed up a 1125 fairing on ebay for 50 bucks cause I dont have the $$$$ to complete the project. Has anyone completed this and have pics. I really want to do this for the street. I would modify the XB gauge to fit if I had to change the support and if I didnt that would be even better. Rewireing the headlights are also not a problem. I would not mind being the first to do this but it looks like a project for this coming winter when I will be in a better $$$ position. |

Looks to me, like the worst of both worlds- the slower bike with the uglier fairing. I'd live with the 1125R fairing just to have the faster bike and I am staying with the Firebolt, cause it looks awesome |

I thought about doing this some time ago as well. I found a couple track bike set ups, nothing too much. You'll have to play with the top brackets on the support fairing. It's a bit longer than the 9r. I gave up...Hopefully picking up a 1125R tomorrow though... |

Yeah but personally I like the 1125R. I love my bolt though. Im thinking merging the two will let me have some thing unique and keep me from trading in my XB. until the yellow 1125R comes out anyway. |

I can't pass up the deal I'm hopefully working though. I love my XB too... I was constantly scouring the web looking for the 1125 front fairing and mount. Just never found any at the price I was looking for. I was going to have a bike shop I frequent assist me with the install. I think it would like BA. DO IT! and keep us posted. |
