im really digging the the new 1125 cr, but always thought if you replaced the exhaust for a different one, it would leave a good size gap between the engine and the front whee.......so i did this in photoshop to see how it would look,,,what do yall think? cr w/ xb belly pan

i have been considering doing some fitting on my 1125 with on of the chin fairings off of one of my xb's. thought it might look good. i'll probably wait until my drummer gets here though. on that note though, i do have another chin fairing that i kind of have my heart set on but man it isnt cheap... it will be the only 1125 like it though. |

ya, but i wouldnt hold my breath. i got hit with huge monthly health insurance bill(for a policy) a couple weeks ago and until i get that straightened out the state expects me to live off of the 150-200 bucks a month i will have left. but, the stock xb fairing wont cost me anything to take a look at since i have them around. just have to move the tahoe out of the garage one of these days and take a look at the bike. |

I like it.. to bad I still HATE the super sonic air ducts. Im not a fan of the tail section either. The CR should have got a stumper low key seat. |

I'm just generally disappointed in the 1125. It's more evolutionary, when I really think it should have been revolutionary. That's just my opinion....and the reason I ride an XB I guess. But when I look at that picture I can't stop staring at those huge-ass radiator covers! |

The scoops make the 1125's look like a XB with a bad drug habit. Snortin too much candy up the nose. |

I've seen many...I still mind them :-p Seriously, I would be in the market for 1 if: 1) the radiator pods didn't look hideously large, and 2) it didn't look like a firebolt with large radiators and a clunky muffler tacked on (or, in the case of the CR, with a mis-proportioned windscreen tacked-on). I expected to be excited by the bike and to buy one...instead I give it an enthusiastic "meh". To each their own tho, I'm sure there are many who do not like my bike. |

None of that matters once you ride one. |

Who needs saddle bags when you have two suitcases up front? |
