You might consider selling the standard XB shock on SV650 boards - it's a great swap for somebody who wants to upgrade. |

I had never heard of it either. Their advertising was either poorly placed, or non-existant. |

My son in law pointed the ad out in one of his magazines in DEC or Nov, I called them the other day to order it, "Has been discontinued" was the answer I got from Arnott rep. I lowered my bike w/Scg rear shock and still can't flat foot it. |

None left in stock either I take it. That's kind of odd that it sold so poorly that they discontinued it, but sold out their stock in less than 2 months. I guess they weren't willing to work with you at all with checking to see if they had the parts to put one together on hand etc. ? If not then they probably weren't worth working with anyway. I also lowered my firebolt with scg suspension, but it wasn't to be able to flat foot it, it was to lower the bike to give me more leverage and control over it at stops. Mine works great for that, but if I had known about an air suspension that would have given me the ride quality of the standard suspension and the ability to lower it on demand i would have been very interested. That's why I was surprised that I had never heard of them having an XB suspension. Ah well, them's the breaks. |
