This is pretty much all I have in store for this winter. A few more minor things to come... but I think you will get the overall concept of how the bike will look for the summer of 2009. Let me know your thoughts.     | ||

I like it! What bars are those and how to they affect the riding position? I have the crossroads bars, but not sure I like them. Do you have a better shot of how you mounted the license plate? Did you just screw a license plate frame into the plastic? It needs a cover for the rear seat, i need one myself. | ||

That's the select. I have that seat and I love the look of it. Where does everyone get this rim tape? I'd like to be able to pick some up locally. | ||

Moosestang... the bars are some "drag bars" i found at a local bike shop. $30. I had to add PE 1" risers to give me more turning radius. they still touch the plastics, but just barely. the plate bracket hooks onto the 2 bolts that screw into the bottom of the tail (the hex head bolts). i made a bracket out of some spare aluminum sheet i had sitting around, then hit it with some black paint so that you barely notice it. Sfinton the seat is a select seat. i wouldnt mind trying the street fighter if i can find one locally. the street fighter is similar, but no gel in the seat, and no V in the passenger area. also, i have read it might be a bit lower. | ||

i got the rim tape off ebay. $10, and delivered within a week. i am probably going to order another set, just to have extra. $10 gets u enough, but very little opportunity to make mistakes. | ||

Firebolt32 & Brumbear... thanks for the compliments. Don't worry about the sign. i only pulled outside to take the pictures. the bike is locked up in the garage when i am not riding it. I just wanted to get some pics in real light. | ||

thanks for the compliments guys... brumbear... I like that sign MUCH better. drewski... it is a homemade job stuffed in the original housing with the grater chopped off. | ||
