So I ordered some bits off Al at American Sports Bike, somewhere just after christmas. He graciously fixed my order for me (I knew what I wanted, and evidently, so did he), and posted it promptly. The order was dispatched from him on december 30, and arrived at my door, in Queensland Australia, 7 days later. Al, thanks for getting that sorted for me, I have the bits on and it looks (and goes!) sweet as hell! For those interested: I got 2 CRG levers, some cats eye indicators, a regulator for them, and a carbon fibre airbox cover (the one with the big holes for intakes). All products are top quality. |

Al and Joanne are good people...they've helped me out on several occasions. They are THE source for Buell stuff. |

I've dealt with them 3 times now and all I have to say is they are top notch thru and thru. Had stuff next day aired so I could make it to a track day and they came thru with flying colors. |

I haven't bought from them in a while ( mainly because I haven't needed much, b/c my Buell rocks! Haha ) But they are TOP notch!!!!! AL has a knowledge base as big as the Grand Canyon! And they both work crazy hours to ensure us buellers get everything fast and pain free! American Sport Bike is among the few in the world when it comes to GREAT customer service and they will stand behind there stuff! Alright, there is my 2 pennies! -Robert |

Ditto that. They won't carry/sell a product if they believe it to be junk. Al won't hesitate to tell you if a part you want is a bad idea even if it loses him a sale. That in my book puts American Sport Bike way far and beyond the rest. They're in a class all their own. Al & Joanne are probably getting sick of all these posts praising them. All I can say to them in regards to that is Deal With It! Don't do great things if you can't handle the gratitude. |

Al and Joanne were wonderful folks long before buying American Sportbike and long been one of this shining jewels in the world of Buell. Dangerously smart, passionate and as nice as the day is long . . . . I always love hearing this stuff about them. Court |

Al is the epitome of awesome customer service. I put in an order which he made some suggestions on because the parts that I had ordered were not compatible with each other. The fix that he recommended was cheaper (pricewise, not quality) and was better than the setup that I had cooked up in my head. Also, when Al wasn't available at times, Joanne picked up where Al would have and not a beat was lost. When I don't get who I am used to communicating with, I am usually given the, "he/she will be back next week. Can you call back then?" routine. Nope, not with Sportbike. They both run the best shop for our babies here on BadWeb. Peace |

They are top drawer for sure. You would be hard pressed to find that kind of customer service anywhere. |

well I finally ordered something from Al last week. Actually I ordered 3 things from 3 different places on the same day. American Sport Bike is the only ones of those 3 people that has made sure I know the status of my order is American Sport Bike. So in my opinion they are top notch. |

I know what your saying. I have ordered and recieved from these excellent people myself. I live in Central Queensland Australia which posed zero problems to them with regards supply or delivery. The major mining company I work with has trouble getting stuff from the States in months let alone days. (Message edited by Bombardier on January 07, 2009) |

i have to spend few words for Al and the American Sport Bike crew... serious, professional, polite, it's a pleasure to deal with them! charge just when the package is ready to ship (not like E-moto that charged me right after i placed my online order and shipped 2 months after!), always well packed and cared. that's what business should be... |

You have to be nice to Badwebbers, if not who knows what will happen. Someone got shafted on here once and within hours the shafter's name, address, place of employment and offers to "visit" him were made. You couldn't make me say anything bad on here. I also have had good luck with American Sport Bike. Working up an order right now as soon as I can get the bottom end out of the tuber. I really want that CF derby cover and timing plate. |

Well Today I recived my shipment from American Sport Bike and still have not heard anything from the other two people I ordered from (one is a Badweb sponsor) on the same night with the same shipping method and have not even heard anything from them. Al Told me the next day after I made the order When he would ship it and everything. |

Pure pleasure to deal with! Great communication, shipments are packaged well, and their shipping charges are what UPS charges. That's a big plus. A helluva lot better than someone trying to get a couple more bucks out of you by inflating the shipping charge and pocketing it. That pisses me off! |

Spacewolf, I have a Ilmberger mudgard/number plate holder (to keep Brisbane cops happy while shortening the bike) on my blue 07 SX. I am thinking of adding a carbon fiber airbox cover. Can you please post a pick of yours? |
