I bought my CityX with a Jardine already on it and I am going to put a Special Ops on in the spring. Can someone supply me with some detailed pics of the stock or modified stock muffler setup? I need to figure out what the mounting hardware for the Jardine is so I know what to include with it for sale. Pics without the chin fairing would be dope!

With the jardine every thing that the chin spoiler attaches to came with the jardine. On the stock style mufflers the mounting points are part of the muffler.

Marko, love the pictures. Is the first one a few pictures merged together or what? looks like an effect of some sort.

Thats called HDR (High Dynamic Range). It can be achieved with one photo by adjusting the levels and curves of the image...or by taking two or more photos at different apertures to blend the effects. His photo looks most likely to be done with several shots. The telltale signs are the softness of the shot...and the way in which the areas around dark parts of the photo are markedly brighter. It brings up the dark areas so they all have some color and no black areas...hence the also somewhat pastel-ish look.

Anybody got pics of a factory pipe looking setup without their chin fairing on? It looks like the Jardine also has a curved piece that attaches to the front of the pipe with the springs. Since it feeds horizontally into the pipe...where as the factory setup looks like it goes down into the pipe directly from the headers and the clamp I am guessing is the same.

Thanks! Michael's right...it's an HDR photo. That particular photo was taken with 3 shots at 0, +2, -2 and merged and edited.

Anybody got pics of a factory pipe looking setup without their chin fairing on If you go to the Drmmer website they have pictures of the basic Drummer without the fairing on. The stock one is the same (looks wise) just longer in the back with different cap and tip. But the front is the same.
