I was adding a DFO to my injectors and noticed a unused vacuum port on the throttle body . Should this be plugged off ? I didn't see any unused hoses hanging around

The caps fall off alot, you can replace it with any ole cap. |

Yep. Mine looked like that too. The dealer said it's for California emissions systems and it should be capped. I just put a piece of rubber tubing over it, bent it over, and used a zip-tie to keep the tubing kinked/hold it in place. |

Yes plug it up. Auto Part stores will have the vacuum plugs. Mine didn't have one either I guess its kinda common for these to be missing, i've come across three other bikes that were missing theres as well. (Message edited by Wantxbr on November 30, 2008) |

So... If that is missing would that not cause a vacuum leak lean condition etc etc?? |
