Yes it will, pretty easy job actually with the right tools and some one to help it can be done in about 3 hours and that is with a lot of time talking about it.

You'll also need the kick stand and the lower triple tree. Scg forks are 41mm. CityX are 43mm. Top clamp is fine, only the bottom one needs to be swapped.
