Moose- we can find something that will work for ya'. I delivered a Yamaha Rhino to a customer in Interlachen this afternoon. They were off CR 315, which actually has curves and elevation- both of which are extremely rare in this state. Stop in and ask for Peter- I'm the Customer Service Manager, so I can authorize a BadWeB discount.

PS- I won't be there Saturday... the XB12R and I will be enjoying JenningsGP.

I'm proud to say I rode in Gainesville today... I won't mention I grew up playing in the snow though... Should we start a new forum "BadweatherbikersexceptforMoosestang.com"?

It was 34 in Brandon when I left the house this morning- cooler than yesterday. Fingers were a little numb and non-functional by the time I got to work, but overall not too bad.

It was 37 when I left for work this morning. I put an extra layer on and rode the bike in to work. Wore a T-shirt, dress shirt, Sweater and Jacket. Work a pair of dress pants and my boots. Helmet kept my head nice and toastie. Oh, and gloves. I would not have made it without the gloves.

I am not a bad weather rider, never claimed to be. I will ride when it's cold, but when it's so cold I could possibly lose a finger, then no thanks.

I live off of cr 315. There are a few curves and hills between hwy 20 and hwy 100.

You southern guys know nothing of the cold. Come to Minnesota on some of our -25 degree days...now that's cold!

My bike has been winterized and stored. It's not biking season anymore, it's snowboarding season! :-D (try that in FL!)

It will be 27 degrees when I pull out at 5:00 tomorrow morning and turn south. At 8:00 when I turn left it is supposed to be 28 degrees. At 11;00 when I turn right it should be a balmy 32. I'll stop around 12:00 or 1:00 where it should be 35. Should be 370 mi. from where I left. A couple hours later I'll head North 50 mi. to where I'll spend the night. I should just dodge the snow, I hope. It's snowing up here but the snow from earlier melted. First trip on two wheels of any distance I've been on in long time.

Arhh, My drive is ice. Neighborhood streets aren't much better. Looks like I'm going to be driving the cage for a while. Guys at work blame me for the motorcycle barricades still being up in the handicapped parking area past Thanksgiving. ( during the summer some of the handicapped area becomes motorcycle parking with concrete barricades to keep the cages out ) Guys kept making fun of me for riding in the cold, rain, and snow. One brother tried to put up for me, and I just told him not to worry about it, I said they will never understand why a dog puts his head out the window in a car. He smiled. I'll have to get a pic of him on my bike, he rides one of the short hogs cause he has to. He can't tip toe my xt. Man, I want to ride!

I rode in today. It was 48 when I left the house. I had a good jacket and gloves on so it wasn't bad at all. I swear I don't know how you northern guys do it. When it gets below 40, I have to bundle up so much I look like the Michelon man with a helmet on.

Yeah... its supposed to warm up to the mid 70's today with only a slight chance of rain. I may go out and get some french fries just for the excuse of getting out and riding for a few minutes.

15 deg. when I left the house at 7:30 this morning. When I got to work at 8:00 there was a guy across the street warming up his Versys to go to work. Even if the X1 was running right now I wouldn't venture out in this. Where's all this global warming I keep hearing about?

It was 38 when I left the house, leather jacket, helmet, gloves and boots. Luckily my ride is only 15 min. Everything was good except the dingleberries. Jeans just aren't thick enough lol.
