Hello to all, Has any one painted there triple tree and instrument/ inner fairing bracket? If so could you please give advise on how it was done and any pics of the finished product. |

You would be much better getting them powder coated rather than painted, as the finish will be much more durable. |

I painted mine as soon as I got the bike(s). Flat black for the fairing/guage mount as gloss may have giver un-wanted glare. Hi-temp barbecue black for everything else. It's cheap, easy, and easily touched up. Black is beautiful ! |

I see you swapped out the primary cover. For me the ide covers had to GO ! I think the magneseum is ugly. |

Thanks guys I like the dark look better it seems to finish it off better than the light dull colours IMHO. Do you know where I can buy a replacement plaque that is on the triple tree mine is scratched from my keys (learning experience). Ray |
