I believe there are State and Federal laws against defacing a motorcycle like that. However, this is an example of a situation that rarely shows itself. Generally tweekers (meth heads) disassemble things and never re-assemble said items. This is a situation where a highly motivated tweeker reversed the cycle. Behold!
