Im looking to buy a buell xb12 from my neighbor, The only problem it has a blown motor! What R my choices If i wanna get it running again? Any help Appreciated..Thanx |

You could swap in a motor from a donor bike, there is a motor for sale in the classifieds section: http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/21/ 400375.html?1223397076 After the swap, part out the bad motor and sell the good parts to get some cash back. |

How bad is "blown"? It should be rebuildable, but until you know what all is screwed up on it, you won't know how much money you'll have to throw at it. |

How blown rod through the block blown, knocking,smoking it really depeds to rebuild a topend it's really not to expensive castings however can get expensive |

well its no rod through the motor...its probably gonna be a rod bearing or so...ima open up the motor and keep u guys posted. Thanx for the replies. I thought my messege didnt post. Sorri for the late response. |
