Just the other day i was washing my baby and i noticed a dig mark in my belt it dosnt go all they way through the belt and the HD deal said it could brake tommorow or go 10,000 miles what do you guys think?

If it's in the center then keep riding it. I've had 2 holes through mine (damn Minnesota DOT and their sand!) for thousands of miles- and that's even on the original 2003 belt. When it goes, I'll upgrade the whole system...

I saw a video of how they tested the belt. They threw a handful of pyramid looking things in and it punched a bunch of holes in the belt and it didn't fail.
Now with that said. I would replace it and keep it as an emergency spare.

One day I noticed a lump in my belt. I rolled the bike untill I could get a good look at it, and found a "chip-n-seal" stone stuck in the belt. I carefully dug it out, and was a bit concerned with the size of the crater left behind. I decided to ride it, and keep an eye on the belt to see if anything developed. That was about 12,000 miles ago, and I have not had any issues with it.
