Nothing to do with politics or those animations on YouTube. I see the previous thread regarding changing your brakes has rolled off into the archives. Replaced my pads last night with a new set of Lyndall golds. Even though I used blue Loctite the last time I did this, the bolts were STILL a bitch to get off. Not a hint of them loosening up. Not sure WHY the manual calls for red Loctite; the blue certainly did its job well. Unless, as someone else pointed out, you're only supposed to replace your pads ONCE. |
