Hi guys found 04 xb12r for 5k. It has 1000 miles on it and in is in good shape. Do you think this is a good deal? Do you think I may be better off getting a newer bike? Are there certain problems a 04 has that 05 and newer don't? Thanks | ||

$5000 only 1k miles. I'd jump all over that deal. 04-06 really don't have any major problems aside from the whole headlight reflector deal. You get the upgraded belt from 03 so that's a huge bonus. Wish I would have known about it before I bought my 03. I would have gone for the 04 I was looking at. | ||

Did you check the Badweb for bikes? I seem to remember a 05 or 06 that was awesome for 4500 with a a lot of custom work done to it! My 2 cents. | ||

I have been checking and I think I saw the bike your talking about. Is it the red xb12r? That is a great bike but I was worried about the amount of miles. I think it is around 30k miles. | ||

I saw the millage as well. The only thing I can say is look how nice it is and the owner seems to spend a great deal of time and effort on his or her bike. It sold though. 9/1/08 Someone  it and well. keep looking and I will as well. Good luck. | ||
