They wanted to know what my thoughts were on my 1000 mile service I recently had done on my 08' XB12Scg. I relayed the 'good' points but when I started to tell them about some of the less "pleasing" incidents, he put me on hold.. the guy finally comes back online but says, "I apologize Mr. Voofighters, can I call you back in a bit, I cant' find your information." I dont know, but this sort of thing doesnt inspire much confidence... He said he would call, but to be honest, I wouldnt be surprised if they didnt.. |

Naw, they don't wanna hear ANYTHING negative....this is one area that Buell REALLY NEEDS to address !! |

ha, sounds like my local shop. Peoria, IL. most of them dont even know the difference between a firebolt and a lightning! |

Peoria huh? Yeah I live in west peoria. Have only had my XB a week and have already found them to be useless. Not sure about the service guys, but sales and parts are clueless. |
