Today while shopping at certain super-shopping center (that evil one that's in every town) I decided to try out an idea. I think it's going to work out great. I haven't road tested it yet put it feels rock solid. It's a $10 "day pack", basically the kind of back pack you'd see a teenage girl using as a purse. The straps run down and are held in place by the bolts that normally hold the seat strap in place. The only down side is that this keeps it from being quick-release. But I think I can come up with a way to fix that. |

The trim piece was on the bike when I bought it. But it's still available from Buell. http://buell.com/en_us/gear/accessories/product.as p?Menu_ID=2&ProductLineID=3&CategoryID=6&ProductID =1328 |

I'm not surprised, just hadn't seen anyone else mention using one. Before I had an old ammo bag that worked "ok" it wasn't very big or stable. It also looked like crap cause I had to tie it down with para-cord. This new bag actually looks and fits like like it was made to be there. Not as slick as the Buell tail bag but just as good as a universal aftermarket bag for a fraction of the cost. |

Pretty cool. Don't let the manufacturer find out about it though; they'll re-lable it "motorcycle luggage" and charge $99.99 for it. |
