Anyone got a pic of some blue wheels with polished lips? I'm gonna paint my rims since they have to come off. Just wondering what they'd possibly look like. |

I think that would look bad ass. I had black with a polished lip on my ford. They were very similar to what we have on the XB. I got many compliments on them. What color is the bike? |

A polished lip will look cool with almost any color rim. The only problem is that you will be taking it down to the bare metal so it will corrode quickly if you don't keep it polished or keep a coat of wax on it. But i'm confidant that you will like the way it looks! |

Hello all, I'm looking to polish the lips on my amber rims because they are chipping. How is everyone doing this? I'm not too worried about screwing them up since I'm thinking I would powdercoat them black if I mess up. Gregg |
