Author Message   Sfinton Posted on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 - 06:32 pm:        I opened up my (inner) airbox over the weekend and have found that I have lost alot of my midrange from 3-4K. Right now I have a race muffler and K&N. Or I'd talk to Al at American (after the 4th weekend) and ask about a custom map. I don't think you want to run the risk of being too lean. Maybe an AFV reset but the TPS won't change.   Starter Posted on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 - 08:50 pm:        Fatten the midrange a little using ECMSpy but don't forget to feather it into the upper end of the maps. Either that or your AFV will hover up towards 105 and take care of itself to a certain extent. You can get the "race ecm" eeprom for free from a few online sites and load it onto the stock ecm with no problems. I think you can do this with ECMspy, can't you?   Bombardier Posted on Wednesday, June 25, 2008 - 03:18 am:        The standard pipe with the interactive valve will give you back your midrange but the noise of the race pipe wont be there.
