They should bolt right up to where the passenger peg brackets bolt. | ||

You may have to do some configuring though - there's a third bolt at the base of the side reflector in the back of the tail section, and that distance is different from a standard to a long wheelbase XBS. But yes, the main 2 bolts at the footpeg bracket mount will match. | ||

I understand that the hole for the seat lock is slightly different as well. There was a guy selling a set on ebay that he modified to fit a standard S. | ||

The holes are the same, you will need the rear bracket off the reflector where the rear fender bracket is. The should bolt right up. I had a set on mine for a week to see how it looked. With the orange and white combo, it looked like a flippin orange creamsicle. | ||
