Author Message   Whitexc Posted on Saturday, May 31, 2008 - 09:43 am:        I have been working on getting a bike for a few months and finally brought it home the other night. I found an '03 Lightning locally with the Voltage body kit, Race kit installed, brand new Metzlers and exactly 5k miles for $4800...how did I do? I looked at a lot of bikes online and what not and probably could have found something a bit cheaper or gotten more for my buck but I would have had to travel for it so....whatever I'm happy. It was owned by an older gentleman that I knew from my hometown who babied it. The bike is flawless except the Lightning badge on the windscreen is gone. I love it and can't wait to saddle up and go although I do need to register it. What are you guys paying for insurance??? When I figure out how to post pics I will. The Voltage kit is a body kit once offered by Buell.
