Does anyone know of any conversion kit sold to add a firebolt faring to a xb12Ss? Are there any fairings that will fit the front ends without major changes? I know i probably need to put some clip ons on but what about the odometer and such? Thanks for your input. |

I've done it to my SS. Here's the link http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/327 77/261646.html?1172858121 |

I got mine directly from convertibars. These may only fit the SS/TT. You need to check how much length of the 54mm section is available underneath the top tree. The clamping part's height is 1 9/16" - so you'll need at least that much of the 54mm section. My Ss has sufficient height, but am not sure whether that is the case for 12S/R. http://www.convertibars.com/UniversalKits.cfm (Message edited by dcmortalcoil on June 09, 2008) |
