hey crew.... Im debating grabbing the Race kit for my 12 that will be coming, but Im hearing talk about torque flatspots when the Valve is take away during the exhaust swap....any news on what the results of the Race Kit on the 12 would be? I want the sound, I dont wanna lose that awesome torque line!!! Jack

You'll probably end up with a dip in the midrange (3500-4500) but gain top-end. Isn't that where that little valve thingy is doing the most work? They put up a dyno chart for the XB9 race kits...when will they get a 12 one up? |

Nobody has done it yet Joojoo,I'm waiting for results from Daves in Waterloo next week.There doing one next week and I want the pipe and kit for my 12 as well. |

I'd also like to see a dyno chart with the race kit installed. I talked to D&D and they are working on a pipe right now. Thats another option. I'll give up a little on bottom end if the top end has a pretty good gain. |

the dip on the race kit is actuall down low from 2500 to 3500 than the jump is from 4k to about 6 k...then even with stok to red line Brian Tilley hd/buell buckinfubba@hotmail.com |

Jack-No the catalog that show the dyno chart was not online. Maybe we can get a dealer to photo copy or scan it so that it could posted on BadWeb. I should have a poor quality photo copy of it. If you need it, i will see if i locate it. |

Donald, Thanks a lot, if you happen to grab it, it would be cool to see...Im trying to decide whether or not to spend the cash...Id love the sound, but if the performance decreases from a "ride everyday on the street" perspective, then maybe its the wrong way to go... Jack |

For sure Donald....I really want to know what the lack of that valve will mean on the streets. Ill leave my setup stock if the kit develops a bad flat spot..... Jack |

Working on it. The fax is not going to be readable when scanned. The image is too small and not readable. Im going to go to the local copy store around here to see if they can scan and clean up the image. Kit has good results though! increased smooth power delivery on both curves. Jack |

My biggest concern is the bottom end and mid.D&D has been a good pipe for that for the tuber's but will have to see how well it works on the XBs.How much doe's Gearloose have into his setup if it was a kit per say????And are you still back ordered or having problems getting the D&D's??? |
