what makes these different other than the styling and the extra suspenion travel. I noticed in the owners manual the suspension settings are different for weight and also the adjusting hardware (Preload) on the forks is not the same |

Just don't get caught up in the overall length, that's body stuff. Note the wheelbase is equal. Width difference I believe is the handlebars. I have the TT. |

Just got my 2007 service manual (thanks Graham). From what I see the fork internals are a little different. The preload adjusters are not same |
