OK here goes. The kit consists of an applicator bottle tube and 2 bags of Dyna Beads. In my case as in most cases for Buell's as they use the same size tires. The front tire gets 1oz and the rear gets 2oz of beads. It will be very noticeable which bag is which when you get the kits.

First of all park your bike on level ground.

I suggest to put the bike in gear so when you remove the valve core the bike doesn't roll and collapse the kickstand.

Bike in Gear

When you get the kit the applicator bottle tip will need to be cut so the beads will flow evenly.

Beads in bag and the Applicator [note this is NOT the bag the beads will come in] as stated in the thread in in the XB forums I had changed tires.

Using the original bag cut a corner in the bag and pour the beads into the applicator bottle.

Remove the valve core carefully paying attention that the bike doesn't roll and collapse the kickstand.

Once you have removed the valve core and the bike is stable insert the valve stem into one end of the install tube.

Then take the applicator with the beads you've poured in and insert the tip into the other end of the install tube. [Note it is possible you may have to tap or vibrate the valve stem to keep the beads flowing in. I didn't have any issues when I poured in the beads. If you need to vibrate the valve stem an old engraving tool is the perfect item to use] When the bottle gets close to empty you will have to make an "S" bend in the install tube to get the beads to flow and straighten the tube and repeat until you get all the beads installed BE CAREFULL when you make the "S" bend to not pull the bottle or valve stem from the tube

Using the same process for the rear tire.

Pouring of beads.

Once you've installed the beads in both tires install the valve cores and inflate to your preferred tire pressure I use 34psi front 36psi rear. If this is your first time using these beads you might want to leave any weights you may have on the wheels and take a ride and feel the difference. You don't have to remove the weights. I only needed 1.75oz on the rear and .25oz on the front after I changed tires. Knowing I was going to re-install the beads I didn't put any on and I rode home and put the beads in as outlined above. She still rides glass smooth. I hope this helps anyone that may be interested in the beads. Ok now flame on =P
