I pulled the plug out of the flywheel viewing port last night to work on my timing, and there was a weird substance on the threads after it finally came loose. It looked like liquid copper... very glittery, and the color of a new penny. It was moderately thick, like fresh engine oil, but clingy like water, not greasy. I have NO idea what it could be, but the plug threads were drenched in it. Any ideas? ~SM |

Anti Seize is all. Last tube I bought was copper based. |
